and must be received within 14 days.
• Visa and Mastercard are accepted. (Currently

via Federal Express.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• A 4% service charge is levied for balances paid by
credit card.

Cancellations occuring:
• 30 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
• 15-30 days or more prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
• 1-14 days or more prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cleaning
Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations
Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. The bed sheets and towels are cleaned, prepared and fitted prior to every arrival, be advised that linens and towels are provided for you but new linens and towels during your stay are not. To help conserve the water and the environment, we ask guests to re-use towels whenever
possible. (We provide 12 towels for 6 person occupancy.)
• In the event of your cancellation, and if we are able to
re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternatively, we would be happy to credit you a percentage for a future booking, taken within one year.
• All cancellations that meet our Cancellation Policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated, less a 5% credit card fee for those payments made by credit card. Refunds will be issued and processed within one month of written request.
• Our ability to re-book canceled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers.
• You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance,
available through your travel professional.
• No shows, change in the number of persons in your group after arrival, and early departures are all non-refundable. No refunds will be granted. Villa Sol Culebra will not issue a refund due to a tropical storm or hurricane in any circumstances. Guests who abandon the Villa of Villa Sol Culebra for any reason whatsoever agree they have no rights to compensation.
Pre-arrival Villa Groceries*
As a guest of Villa Sol Culebra, we offer our exclusive Pre-arrival Grocery Service. Just fill out the grocery list form (included with your reservation confirmation) with all of the items you desire to have on hand for your stay. And on the day of your arrival, all items will be stocked and waiting for you. Now you can really enjoy the Villa Sol Culebra experience without any worries for food or drinks!
